Shane Leek

Shane Leek is the co-founder and CEO of NeXtraction, a company that specializes in extraction solutions for the cannabis industry. Shane has over 25 years of experience in the industrial equipment and turnkey process systems industries. Prior to NeXtraction, Shane was the president and founder of SL Pacific, Inc., a company that supplied products and support for a diverse base of industrial customers, including refinery's, food and beverage manufacturers, pulp and paper processing mills, and power generation plants. In 2012, Shane sold SL Pacific to Valin Corporation and continued to manage the company through an executive contract. In 2016, Shane left Valin Corporation to start Sound Marine Inc., a marine service company. Shane ran Sound Marine Inc. until 2020 when they co-founded NeXtraction.
