Nicole Foss MBA, MSN, RN

Nicole Foss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Saint Martin's University, where they served as an Executive Assistant and also worked as an Adjunct Instructor during 2013-2014. Nicole'sresponsibilities included managing and organizing student and faculty files, developing and executing contracts, and improving course evaluation execution. Nicole also provided academic advising for undergraduate and graduate students.

In 2016, Nicole joined an undisclosed company as Farm and Program Operations, where they served as a change agent and project manager for a regional produce farm. Nicole developed the company's blueprint for implementing organic best-practice agricultural techniques, procedures, and supply chain to enable Organic Certification. Additionally, they developed a temporary employee program during the harvest season, focusing on working with third-party non-profits to employ military veterans. Nicole worked in this role until 2019.

In 2018, Nicole worked at Espial Biotech as the Director of Operations until 2019.

In 2019, they took on two positions simultaneously. Nicole became the Vice President of NeXtraction, a sustainable cGMP manufacturer of safe, pure, stabilized, whole-plant acidic cannabinoid concentrates. Nicole played a key role in wholesale and private label use in natural, plant-based consumer health, wellness, and personal care products. Nicole was also appointed as the Director on the Board of Directors of Pacific Northwest Hemp Industries Association (PNW HIA) during the same year. Nicole served as a director until September 2020.

Currently, Nicole is associated with the American Cannabis Nurses Association (ACNA) as the President Elect since November 2022. Nicole is also a Committee Chair since June 2020.

Nicole Foss has a diverse educational background. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from Saint Martin's University from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, completing it between 2013 and 2016. Subsequently, they attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master’s Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Additionally, Nicole Foss obtained a Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt certification in Lean Operations from Saint Martin's University in 2016.
