Kati Suominen is the Founder and CEO of Nextrade Group, which aids Fortune 500 technology companies, governments, and think tanks in leveraging trade through technology to foster economic growth. Kati serves as an Adjunct Professor at UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in International Business Economics and Global Digital Disruption, while also holding an Adjunct Fellow position at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, focusing on digital and trade policies. Kati is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has an active role on the Board of Directors for Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global™ and GlobeTrade. Previously, Kati founded Business for eTrade Development, contributing to public policy optimization for cross-border ecommerce. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a PhD in Political Economy and International Affairs from UC San Diego.
