Aditya Pawar

Aditya Pawar is a Data Scientist II at NextRNA Therapeutics since January 2022, focusing on developing computational pipelines for target identification and small molecule drug development, particularly in cancer and ALS. Prior experience includes working as a Bioinformatics Specialist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Aditya optimized the PATHOMAN application, and as a Data Scientist at Peritia Inc, where two sequence-based probabilistic algorithms for predicting antibody-antigen binding regions were developed. Earlier roles involved building web applications for RNA-seq and single-cell analysis at PureTech Health and conducting gene expression analysis at Surface Oncology Inc. Aditya has a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University.
