Aimee Radmacher

Aimee Radmacher is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, business partnership, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Sr. People Business Partner for Engineering at NextRoll since September 2021, Aimee has a strong track record of collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Earnin, Associate Human Resources Business Partner at Evernote, and Human Resources Manager at Ampersand, where Aimee was instrumental in expanding teams and managing the entire employee lifecycle.
