Maxen Haveles

Maxen Haveles is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing operations, currently serving as the Principal of Sales and Marketing Operations at NextRoll since May 2025. Prior to this role, Maxen contributed as a Sales Operations Manager at CoderPad, where the first renewal forecasting project achieved a 99% alignment with finance. In addition to experience at NextRoll and CoderPad, Maxen is a Founding Member of the AutomationHeads Community, which focuses on process automation for builders. As the CEO of Highline Ridge, a Revenue Operations agency, Maxen assisted Series A companies in refining their operational processes. Other roles include Founder of Engineered Athletes Lacrosse and Sales Automation Specialist at ProctorU, where early contributions helped refine sales operations. Maxen's career began with the 2017 Venture for America Fellowship, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
