Miguel Lara Encabo is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, Software Engineering at NextRoll, Inc., Miguel has a strong focus on reporting, front-end core, and customer experience within the AdRoll Business Unit. Previous roles at NextRoll include Manager, Software Engineering II, Software Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, where Miguel played a pivotal role in integrating retargeting products for mobile platforms. Prior to NextRoll, Miguel co-founded Karumi, specializing in iOS and Mac applications. At Tuenti, Miguel held multiple engineering leadership positions, contributing to the success of the Tuenti iPhone app and enhancing mobile development across product teams. Miguel’s early career included a software engineering role at Empresarios Agrupados Ingeniería y Consultoría, where involvement in high-stakes projects supported the Spanish Air Force. Miguel holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
