Sonny Pannu

Sonny Pannu is an accomplished sales development leader with extensive experience in building and managing global sales teams. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Development at NextRoll, Sonny has previously held senior roles at Culture Amp, where leadership in global sales development led to significant team scaling and optimization of sales processes. At Gong, Sonny earned recognition as Outstanding Gongster of the Year for exceptional quota attainment while managing both Strategic and Commercial SDR teams. Additional experience includes driving pipeline generation at Optimizely and serving as Head of Sales Development at Radius Intelligence, where revenue sourced by the SDR team was notably increased.
