Bryce Kaspar

Bryce Kaspar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bryce is currently the Chief Executive Officer at nextsales since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of BAK Ventures, LLC, a business advisory firm, starting in January 2017. At BAK Ventures, their role involved strategic planning, leadership coaching, sales development, operations infrastructure, and investment.

In 2019, Bryce became the Chief Executive Officer of SuperFi, a WiFi marketing company based in Jacksonville, Florida. SuperFi was later acquired by Bloom Intelligence in June 2020. Bryce'sresponsibilities at SuperFi included providing professional email marketing services and advanced WiFi analytics.

Before SuperFi, Bryce held the position of Board Member and Operations Committee Chair at WasteRetriever LLC from March 2014 to July 2019. WasteRetriever, eventually acquired by Valet Living, offered Multifamily Doorstep Trash and Recycling services.

In 2015, Bryce co-founded IdealMD, LLC and served as the CEO. IdealMD aimed to empower doctor-patient relationships through direct care programs focused on optimal wellness. Bryce led the strategic vision, market positioning, and operational development for the company until January 2019.

Prior to their leadership roles, Bryce was the Vice President and General Manager of Waste Expense Management at Cass Information Systems from January 2012 to March 2015. Bryce was responsible for managing waste expenses during this time.

Before that, from March 1999 to December 2011, Bryce was the President and CEO of Waste Reduction Consultants, Inc., a national waste expense management company. Bryce led the company's development from a local expense management firm to a leading national business process outsourcing (BPO) company.

To begin their career, Bryce worked as a Business Development Manager at AKIA, USA, the U.S. division of a Japanese-based flat screen monitor and desktop computer manufacturer from an unspecified period in 1997 to 1999.

Bryce Kaspar attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1993 to 1995. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. Bryce'sfield of study was primarily focused on Psychology.
