Jen Davie is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at NextSense, Jen provides proactive support and best practice HR solutions throughout the employee lifecycle, notably implementing the new HRIS ELMO for enhanced efficiency. Previous roles include Advisor, People & Culture, where Jen successfully supported the negotiation of a new Enterprise Agreement and provided employee relations guidance. As the HR/Operations Manager at PEI - Alternative Insight, oversight of HR operations for US offices was managed, covering all aspects of the employment lifecycle. Earlier experience as a Care Manager and Case Manager involved working with diverse populations and delivering sensitive support services. Jen holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, among other educational qualifications.
