Menashe Daskal

Menashe Daskal is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Team Lead at NextSilicon, where responsibilities include hardware architecture and leading the company's NIC design efforts. Prior to this, Menashe worked at Cisco as a Design Lead and spent nearly a decade at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Design Integration Manager, Design Product Lead, Electronic Design Engineer, and VLSI Designer. Throughout Menashe's tenure at Intel, significant achievements included managing a team to integrate IPs across multiple time zones and leading design activities from the RTL freeze stage. Menashe holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
