Moty Weisblum

Moty Weisblum has a robust background in engineering operations and management, currently serving as Engineering-Operations at NextSilicon since March 2021. Previously, Moty was the Vice President of Operations at a stealth mode start-up, overseeing ASICs and systems operations. From 2002 to 2018, Moty held multiple leadership roles at Marvell Israel Ltd., culminating as Senior Director of Engineering Operations, where management of global teams and operational strategy formulation were key responsibilities. Additionally, Moty has experience as Director of Product & Test Engineering and Director of Mobile Operations, driving innovation and product launches that generated significant revenue. Moty's career began as a Test Engineer at Galileo and includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
