Kristin Clewes

Kristin Clewes has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the workforce solutions industry. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Workforce Solutions at nextSource since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Zillion Technologies, Inc. from June 2019 to January 2020.

From March 2017 to May 2019, Clewes worked as the Vice President of Employer Solutions at Alpha Business Solutions. In this role, they managed client engagements and oversaw all operations for their solutions, focusing on tailoring solutions to each client's needs.

Before that, they were the EVP of Enterprise Solutions and later the Senior Vice President of Business Development at DCR Workforce from October 2014 to February 2017. Clewes also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Distinctive Workforce Solutions from July 2013 to October 2014.

Kristin started their career as the Vice President of Business Solutions at ZeroChaos from July 2009 to June 2013 and later worked as the Managing Director at Celerity from July 2008 to July 2009. Their earliest role was as the Vice President of Workforce Management Solutions at Advantage Human Resourcing from an undisclosed start date to 2008.

Kristin has a track record of providing high levels of service and compliance to clients and is known for their innovative and collaborative approach to drive sustainable results using analytics, data, and technology.

Kristin Clewes earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying there from 1987 to 1991.
