Ronnie Flippo

Ronnie Flippo has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Ronnie started as an On-Site Manager at Kelly Scientific Resources in 1999 and later became a Recruiter. In 2003, they joined Staffmark as the Director of On-Site Operations. After eight years, they moved to Staff Management | SMX where they served as the Director of Operations from 2011 to 2017. Ronnie then worked as a Senior Program Manager at Volt Consulting Group (VCG) for a year before becoming the Director of Business Services at nextSource in 2018.

Ronnie Flippo pursued a degree in Management and Human Relations at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2012, they enrolled at Villanova University to obtain a Six Sigma certification with a focus on Green Belt.
