Zach Bader

Zach Bader currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at NextStage Clinical Research, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Zach was the Vice President of Business Development at Dr. Vince Clinical Research from October 2021 to December 2024. Zach's extensive experience in business development includes a tenure at Altasciences, where roles spanned from Senior Director to Manager and Associate Director in the Business Development, Clinical Innovator Division. Earlier career milestones include positions as Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Vince & Associates Clinical Research, and as Data Team Lead/Project Manager at Quintiles, where responsibilities included leading international project teams and maintaining client relationships. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Ottawa University, earned in 2009.
