Cameron Nurse

Cameron Nurse, PhD, is a highly experienced engineer and researcher currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at George Mason University and a Product & Research Lead at CurveAssure. With a strong background in bioengineering and mechanical engineering, Cameron has previously held positions as a Research and Development Engineer at NextStep Robotics, a Research Engineer at Noraxon USA, and a Doctoral Researcher at Vanderbilt University's Center for Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Boston University, a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Northeastern University, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Cameron's extensive experience is complemented by roles at various organizations, including Athletics Canada as a Track and Field Athlete and service as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Northeastern University’s ReGame VR Lab.
