Pat Lorette has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. They started their career as a Computer Operator at HandySpot of Northern California in 1979 and later became a Computer Programmer. In 1982, they transitioned to Cal-West Periodicals, initially working as the Data Processing Manager and later becoming the Director of Data Processing. In 1989, they joined Oce Graphics as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and eventually became the MIS Manager. In 1994, they moved to Sanmina and held the position of IT Director until 1998. From 1998 to 2011, they worked at NextStep Technology, Inc., first as a Senior Consultant and then as the Director of Technology. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Operations at NextStep Technology and RightStep Services. Lastly, since 2016, they have been the Managing Consultant at LBS Consulting and the Director of Technology & Innovation Services at NextStep Technology, Inc.
Pat Lorette earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics from 1975-1979. Pat then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Information Systems from the same institution from 1990-1993. Pat also holds several certifications including ITIL Foundation V3, ITSM ISO/IEC 20000, PMP, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer, but specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
