Torben Hvashøj

Torben Hvashøj is the CEO and Partner at Nextt Management, a company they co-founded in 2006. Prior to Nextt Management, Torben was a partner at Pluss Leadership A/S from 2003 to 2006, where they consulted and managed interim projects. From 2001 to 2003, they were the interim director at Ugeavisen. From 1994 to 2001, Torben was the manager at JP/Politikens Hus A/S, where they were responsible for the electronic media and commercial strategy. Prior to JP/Politikens Hus A/S, Torben worked as a manager at Sonofon from 1992 to 1994. Torben started their career at IBM in 1978 as a consultant and worked there until 1992.
