Eric Garmon

Eric Garmon, MCHES, is an impact-driven community health leader with a significant history of driving transformative change and fostering inclusive strategies. With a strong focus on racially equitable evaluation methods, Eric has partnered with communities to maximize impact through data-driven decision-making. They served in various roles, including National Senior Manager of Evaluation and Strategy at the National MS Society and Director of Data Systems and Analytics at NextUp RVA, where they supported out-of-school programming. Eric previously held positions at the YMCA and the National MS Society, where they cultivated partnerships and implemented innovative health programs. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness and a Master's in Educational Psychology and Learning Assessment.
