Andrew Cross

Andrew Cross is a seasoned professional in fundraising systems and data analytics, currently serving as Managing Director at Human Rights Watch since September 2023. With a robust background in the nonprofit sector, Andrew held the position of Senior Fundraising Intelligence Manager at Cancer Research UK from August 2019 to September 2023. Previously, Andrew worked at Lightful as Head of Data, Insight and Compliance, and at Amnesty International UK in various roles including Interim Head of Data and Insight and Database Marketing Manager. Early career experience includes founding a consultancy and roles at World Animal Protection, RSPCA, Blockbuster UK, and Lyrica.
