Sarah Henley

Sarah Henley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked in the legal field at Wilmer Hale until 2005. Sarah then joined Citi as a Legal professional from 2008 to 2012. In 2009, Sarah became the Director at ComComedy Limited, a role they held until 2016. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as an NLP Coach, Trainer, and Workshop Leader at Canary Coaching, specializing in executive coaching and NLP workshops for performers and corporate groups. Sarah also worked as an Artist Trainer for Time Won't Wait from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they have been self-employed since 2005 as a playwright and TV writer, with a focus on diversity and collaboration in their work. Currently, Sarah is the Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and COO of NextUp, a position they have held since 2016.

Sarah Henley attended the University of Westminster from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Legal Executive. In 2005, they enrolled at the London School of Musical Theatre and completed a 1 Year Post Grad degree in Musical Theatre in 2006. Additionally, in December 2012, Sarah obtained a certification as a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP from Pegasus NLP.
