Dr. Patrick (Mack) McConnell, CST has held a variety of positions in the technology and agile services sector over the past two decades. In 2020, they joined NextUp Solutions as Vice President Agile Services and a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Leadership Coach. In 2018, they were a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach at Excella Consulting. From 2016 to 2014, they were the Director of CSRA Agile Center of Excellence, Agile Coach and Trainer for Public Sector practice, and Agile Practice Lead at CSRA Inc. From 2012 to 2009, they were an Agile Coach and Trainer at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems and Ardent Management Consulting, respectively. In 2008, they were a Project Manager at Dewberry & Davis, LLC. From 2001 to 2008, they were a Data Specialist, Research Assistant, and Project Manager at Social Science Data Library, Temple University.
