Matthieu Dejardins has a broad range of work experience, beginning in 2000 with an internship at American Express as an Insurance Department Assistant. In 2002, they held an internship at sanofi-aventis as an E-Services Director Assistant, and also worked as a Regional Manager for West/Central Africa and French overseas at DELL. In 2005, they were the General Director for Compudirect, a DELL Computers online and SMB distributor. Matthieu then worked at LULU Software (an Avanquest company) as an Online Marketing Manager in 2007. In 2009, they worked at Seagate Technology as an EMEA Online Manager, and in 2010 they were a Senior Manager for Web Insights and International Business Manager at Art.com. Since 2013, they have been the Founder and CEO of NextUser, a company that combines big data with marketing automation, 1:1 personalization, and AI insights.
Matthieu Dejardins has an extensive educational background. Matthieu completed their French Baccalaureate at Institut De La Tour from 1996 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they attended ESCE - École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur, where they earned a Bachelors in International Marketing & Finance. Matthieu then spent a semester at Nicholls State University in 2001, studying Marketing, Sales as part of an International Exchange. In 2001, they earned a Master's degree in Marketing, Logistics & Distribution from ISC Paris. In 2011, they completed the Startup Incubator Program at The Founder Institute. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Advanced Analytics from Webtrends in 2011, Google Analytics IQ from Google in 2014, and Master Consultant Certification, Web Analytics from Market Motive in 2011.
