In 2008, Christian attended IBM Academy, where they completed the Enterprise Content Management Solution Selling Fast Break training. In 2012, they pursued a degree in Sales and Marketing with a focus on Content Management at the Microsoft Partner Learning Centre. In 2013, they enrolled in a masterclass on increasing productivity through mobility offered by Hp & Microsoft.

In 2017, Christian participated in Digital Transformation Workshops at KPMG. This was followed by their achievement of obtaining Exam 717: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales certification in February 2018 from Microsoft Learning. Christian further enhanced their skills in Dynamics 365 customer engagement through the University for Sales Professionals program that same year.

Looking ahead, Christian is scheduled to attend Trailhead by Salesforce in 2022 to obtain the Salesforce Partner Bootcamp Certification in FY23, with a focus on building partner bootcamp skills.
