Derek Lyons

Derek Lyons serves as the Director of Business Development at Aeronix since June 2021 and has been the CEO of Beyond the Drone since January 2016, where responsibilities include strategic advisory and business development focused on integrating Unmanned Aircraft System technologies. Additionally, Derek holds the position of Manufacturing Representative at NextVision Stabilized Systems Ltd. and has previously worked as a Sales Consultant and Strategic Advisor at BirdsEyeView Aerobotics and Prioria Robotics, as well as a Sales Manager and Strategic Advisor at SmartC2. Derek's experience also includes roles in sales and business development consulting and leadership positions within local organizations. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
