Bryan Turo has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2011-2015, they were a Doctoral Teaching Associate at the University of New Mexico, where they were responsible for teaching courses in U.S. History, preparing and submitting syllabi, writing and distributing course materials, organizing and updating digital course components, and completing and submitting grading on time. In 2016, they held the role of Operations Manager at Human Condition Safety, as well as Market Research Analyst at Bryan Turo Research & Consultancy. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Operations Manager at NextWave Safety Solutions, Inc., and in 2018, they were promoted to Director of Operations at the same company.
Bryan Turo obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Binghamton University between 2002 and 2006. Bryan then went on to obtain a Masters of Arts degree in U.S. History & Mexican American Studies from the University of Arizona between 2006 and 2008. Bryan concluded their educational career with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in U.S. History from The University of New Mexico between 2008 and 2015. Bryan also holds a certification in Economic Methods for Historians from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
