Hope Thompson

Hope Thompson is an experienced educator and manager currently serving as the Senior Manager of Curriculum and Instruction at NextWave STEM since September 2023. Previously, Hope held the position of Operations Manager at Techie Kids Club, where responsibilities included overseeing a robotics enrichment program across over 30 schools and daycares in Illinois, successfully increasing student enrollments by over 200 in three months. Prior teaching roles included serving as a Teacher with Chicago Public Schools and Science Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools, where Hope designed engaging, standards-aligned curriculum and utilized data to track student progress. Earlier experience also includes a Sales Lead position at ANN INC, focused on enhancing the client experience and managing sales teams. Hope holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
