Somesh Sharma is the Co-Founder & COO at Augtech Nextwealth Services Private Limited, a company focused on building ecosystems in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to generate employment and have a social impact. Prior to this, Somesh has held various roles in operations and talent acquisition at companies such as TNW, Techment Technology Private Ltd, Pratian Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd, Adecco India, GE, and Infosys. Somesh holds a MIT degree in Technical AS/ 400 from IBMR.
