Sugathan Ramasubrahmanyan

Sugathan Ramasubrahmanyan is the Chief Quality & Transformation Officer at NEXTWEALTH ENTREPRENEURS PRIVATE LIMITED. Sugathan has over 25 years of experience in various industries, including Manufacturing, Hi-tech, and BFSI.

Sugathan started their career with Union Carbide India Ltd in 1992, where they rose to the position of Plant Manager. Sugathan was responsible for plant profitability and introduced market aligned operations and an efficient material supply chain. Sugathan also achieved the highest overall equipment efficiency across all plants of Union Carbide.

In 2005, Sugathan joined Wipro Technologies as General Manager & Head Quality - BFSI, Manufacturing & Hitech Businesses. In this role, they were responsible for delivery excellence and driving efficiency in projects through appropriate methodologies. Sugathan also implemented an early warning system to assure delivery and oversaw large programme excellence.

Most recently, Sugathan has been working as a management consultant, before taking on their current role as Chief Quality & Transformation Officer at NEXTWEALTH ENTREPRENEURS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Sugathan Ramasubrahmanyan has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from CECRI, both in Financial Management and Chemical & Electrochemical Engineering respectively.

They work with Chaitali Sarkar - Chief Talent Officer, Sanjay Jotshi - Chief Business Officer, and Shubhendu Bose - Regional Sales Head. Sugathan Ramasubrahmanyan reports to Mythily Ramesh, Co-Founder & CEO.
