Christian Tewes

Christian Tewes is an accomplished leader in user experience and design with extensive experience in managing creative teams and developing digital solutions. Currently serving as the Head of User Experience & Design at nexum AG since September 2022, Christian employs a Servant Leadership approach and incorporates Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design techniques to tackle business challenges collaboratively. Previously, Christian was the Teamlead UI/UX Design at TWT Group, where management and creative direction were provided for digital projects for international clients. Earlier roles include Group Head Kreation at POLIVOX Werbeagentur GmbH, overseeing creative strategy and project management, and various art director positions at ekom and Barten & Barten, where foundational skills in design were developed.
