Jana Göritz

Jana Göritz has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations, personal and change management, and internal communication. Jana is currently employed as a People Operations Managerin at nexum AG since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Werkstudentin People Operations at nexum AG from August 2021 to February 2022. Jana also gained experience as a Werkstudentin in Personal and Change Management at Penning Consulting GmbH from April 2021 to July 2021. Jana previously worked at Deutsche Bank in the role of Interne Kommunikation und Change Management from August 2020 to March 2021.

Jana Göritz began their education in 2018 at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Jana completed this program in 2022. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2022 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie. Currently, their education at FOM University is ongoing.
