Mark Cloutier

Mark Cloutier has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark most recently worked at Nexum, Inc as a Senior Engineer starting in March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Putnam Investments for a significant period of time, starting as a Network Engineer in April 1999 and eventually becoming a Network Architect in March 2014. At Putnam Investments, they were responsible for designing and implementing complete network designs, disaster recovery application failover designs, and web site designs. Before joining Putnam Investments, Mark worked as an IT Manager at Tessera Enterprise Systems from September 1997 to January 1999. Mark also served as Chief of Network Engineering at the US Air Force Academy from an unspecified start date to 1997. Mark began their career as an Electrical Engineer with the United States Air Force in 1985 and stayed in that role until 1997.

Mark Cloutier completed their education in the field of engineering. Mark first attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1981 to 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), with a focus on Digital and Analog Communications. Following this, they furthered their education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), specializing in Electro-Optics.
