Álison Klener

Álison Klener has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2017, they served as an Outreach Ambassador at the NEXUS Global Summit, where they coordinated strategic partnerships for the Brazilian Committee. Álison also worked as a Trainee/Alumni at Vetor Brasil, an organization that aims to make careers in the public sector more attractive for young Brazilian professionals.

In 2015, Álison Klener was an Alumni/Shaper/Vice-Curator at the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. Álison currently holds the position of Community Alumni.

Álison Klener also worked as a Co-Founder of Alavanca Universitária at Alavanca Educacional, where they focused on bringing self-awareness and purpose discovery to university students, especially those from low-income backgrounds. Álison'swork at Alavanca Educacional lasted from 2014 to 2019.

From 2018 to 2019, Álison Klener worked as a Public Policy Consultant at the Secretaria de Educação Juventude e Esportes do Governo do Estado do Tocantins, via World Bank.

Other roles they held include Introducer at Women Led Cities UN-Habitat in partnership with UNCDF BlendGroup-BlendLab, where they participated in the WOMEN LEAD Global Initiative, and as a Coordinator of Mobilização at CLP - Centro de Liderança Pública from 2019 to 2020.

Álison Klener also served as an Ambassador at Movimento Acredito, a national and non-partisan political renewal movement, and as a Coordinator of Strategic Mobilization at Bússola Eleitoral, a platform that helps voters discover candidates in elections.

Álison also had a consultancy role at EloGroup & MAiS, where they worked on government projects for the State of São Paulo from 2017 to 2018.

Álison Klener completed their Bacharelado em Administração (Bachelor's degree in Administration) with a focus on Public and Private Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they participated in a Summer School program on Real Estate Market and Policy Analysis at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). In 2017, they pursued a postgraduate program in Communication for Social Impact at Mcgarrybroween. In 2019, they completed a course on Meditation and Deepening in Yoga to become a Yoga Instructor at Simplesmente Yoga. Additionally, in 2015 they received training in International Coaching through a program offered by Be:Coach with Jorge Coutinho, a member of Anthony Robbins' team.
