Peter M. Baldwin, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Peter M. began their career as a Business Process Design Specialist at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they assisted in large-scale ERP implementations. Peter M. then transitioned to working as a Fractional CFO for multiple companies at Your Ten Percent, LLC, implementing strategies to improve financial competency and capability while maximizing cash flow and profitability. In 2008, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Advance Components, a prominent distributor of specialty fastening products. Peter joined Davis-Hawn Lumber Co. & Architectural Millworks in 2016 as their Chief Financial Officer and later held the same position at Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) and Nexus Cognitive Technologies. Peter M. is currently the Chief Financial Officer at LuMind IDSC Foundation. Additionally, Peter has been an active member of various organizations, including the Rotary Club of Dallas and FEI Dallas, where they engage in community service and professional networking.
