Shane Forbes is an experienced professional in materials planning and execution, currently working as a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist at GE Vernova since May 2023. Previously, Shane held the same title at Nexus Controls, a Baker Hughes business, from January 2021 to March 2024. Prior to this role, Shane served as a Project Planner at GE Energy from 2009 to January 2022 and was the Operations Leading Chief Petty Officer in the United States Naval Reserves from January 2009 to November 2012. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Northern Colorado, completed between 1999 and 2001.
