Shohei Hara is a seasoned engineer with a diverse background in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Lead Sustaining Engineer at GE Vernova since June 2016, Shohei leads a global team focused on the development and maintenance of fossil fuel and nuclear steam turbine control products, emphasizing regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 QMS standards. Prior experience includes a role as Product Engineer at GE from March 2011 to June 2016, where Shohei managed the lifecycle of various electro-mechanical products, and as Engineer in Training at Micron Engineering, contributing to system designs for various facilities. Shohei holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
