Melena Huller

Melena Huller, PMP, has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Melena started their career at Middough Incorporated in 1987 as a Mechanical Engineer and worked there until July 2013. During their time at Middough Incorporated, they gained valuable experience in mechanical engineering. Since July 2013, Melena has been working at Nexus Engineering Group, LLC, where they initially joined as a Senior Project Director and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager. In their current position, they are responsible for business development, proposal development, project schedules, and management for multi-discipline projects, as well as providing mechanical engineering support. Melena is also actively involved in multiple retrofit projects.

Melena Huller, PMP, attained their Project Management Academy certification in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Cleveland State University, which they completed between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, Melena obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed various courses such as Microsoft Teams Essential Training, Improving Your Listening Skills, Primavera P6 Essential Training, Delegating Tasks, Interpersonal Communication, and Leading with Emotional Intelligence through LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being earned in March 2020.
