Craig Davis

Craig Davis is a Helpdesk Technician at Nexus Family Healing since May 2016, providing support for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom, as well as participating in T1/T2/T3 support rotation. Prior experience includes roles at Walgreens as a Shift Lead and Photo Lab Technician/Pharmacy Technician, a Crew Team Member at McDonald's, and service in the US Army where Craig held positions as a Transportation Management Coordinator and Information Assurance Security Officer. Craig's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Inver Hills Community College, alongside ongoing studies at Western Governors University, HarvardX, MITx, and edX. Additional training includes a Combat Lifesaver course and HAZMAT training.
