Jijo Joy began their work experience in 2014 as a Test Automation Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked until December 2018. In 2017, they joined ICA Gruppen as a Test Engineer and stayed until June 2018. In 2018, Jijo worked at H&M as a Test Automation Engineer from July to October. Currently, they are employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Nexus Group – Global, starting in January 2019.
From 2010 to 2014, Jijo Joy attended Cochin University of Science and Technology, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
