Johan Rydell

Johan Rydell has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Johan started their career as a System Engineer at WM-data in 1997 and worked there until 2000. Johan then joined PortWise Inc in 2000, where they served as a Technology Director, Strategic Alliances & Business Development until 2010. During their time at PortWise Inc, they were responsible for creating strategies for strong authentication and providing compliance solutions for banks and government institutions. In 2009, Johan became a Technical Committee Member at OATH, where they defined requirements for OATH Certification and created a framework for product certification. In 2015, they co-founded Divrt and assumed the role of CTO. Currently, Johan works at Tangerine as the Director of Infrastructure and Security, a position they have held since 2019.

Johan Rydell began their education in 1993 at Linköping University, where they studied computer science & engineering. Johan completed their studies at the university in 1998. In addition, Johan Rydell attended the Swedish Army School of Intelligence from 1995 to 1996, although the degree and field of study for this period are unspecified.
