Frédéric Janelle is an IT Technician at Nexus Innovations, providing support in the SRE team and improving internal and customer IT practices. Prior to this, worked as a SOC - Junior Cybersecurity Analyst / NOC - Technician at GC Bureau. Started off as a Tech support and previously served as a Coordinator / Technical supervisor at Plav Audio Inc. Holds a degree in Computer network management from Cégep de Sherbrooke. Additionally, has completed various specialized education programs in computer-assisted music composition and general studies.
