Nexus empowers maintenance technicians and controls engineers to solve manufacturing challenges faster by bringing advanced AI directly to the factory floor. Built specifically for automated industrial equipment, our AI tools streamline troubleshooting, speed up development, and significantly reduce downtime across complex production environments.

What We Do:
- Ops Agent embeds into your existing infrastructure (including PLCs, SCADA, MES, CMMS, and more) to quickly diagnose equipment issues. By analyzing PLC code, alarms, and live operational data, Ops Agent pinpoints root causes and suggests immediate corrective actions, helping your teams restore full production rapidly.
- Copilot enhances the productivity of your controls engineers through an AI-powered coding environment. Designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing tools, Copilot understands your internal standards and generates precise IEC-61131-3 code, speeding up development and improving reliability.
- Modernization Services combine expert human engineers and powerful AI tools to modernize legacy PLC and DCS systems efficiently. Through AI-driven mapping, rigorous testing, and incremental implementation, we reduce project timelines dramatically without compromising safety or production.

What Makes Us Different:
- Built for Industry: Created by experienced software and controls engineers specifically to address industrial automation challenges.
- Open & Vendor-Neutral: Compatible with major industrial automation platforms and protocols.
- Secure & Private: Deployed securely on-premises or in a secure cloud to ensure your data, processes, and IP remain protected.

Our Mission:
Empower manufacturers with trusted AI tools that amplify human expertise, minimize downtime, and accelerate innovation in industrial automation.
