Madhu Sudarsan

Madhu Sudarsan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Madhu currently works at Nexus Malls as a Manager- Facility, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Manager- Housekeeping at Nexus Malls from September 2018 to September 2022. Before joining Nexus Malls, Madhu worked at Forum Malls as a Manager Housekeeping from May 2014 to September 2018. Madhu also served as an Assistant Manager at MBD Neopolis from June 2010 to April 2014. Madhu's earlier experiences include working at Wave Infratech Pvt Ltd as part of the Westend mall project from July 2007 to March 2010. Madhu was a Guest Services Supervisor at Taj Exotica from December 2005 to June 2007. Prior to that, Madhu was a Housekeeping Supervisor at Le Meridien in August 2005. Madhu started their career as a Housekeeping Assistant at Trident Hilton in June 2003 and later worked as a HOT at Le Royal Meridien from May 2002 to April 2003.

Madhu Sudarsan completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Bharathiar University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended SBKVHSS from 1997 to 1999 to complete their higher secondary education with a focus on Commerce, Economics, and Statistics. In 1996, they attended A.L.G Matriculation for their matriculation education. Madhu Sudarsan also obtained several certifications, including Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma for a Sustainable Future, Sustainability as an Innovation Opportunity, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG): Tech Solutions, Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication, Design a Future-Proof Team and Culture, and Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained between June 2023 and July 2023.
