Raghu Kumar M K has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Raghu started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Featherlite in February 2012 and worked until June 2013. Raghu then joined ITC Limited as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from June 2013 to May 2014. After that, Raghu worked as an Associate Talent Acquisition at Software Paradigms Infotech Pvt Ltd from May 2014 to July 2016. Raghu then moved on to V2Soft, where they served as a Senior Executive Human Resources from August 2016 to July 2017. Currently, Raghu holds the position of Assistant Manager HRBP at Nexus Malls since August 2017.

Raghu Kumar M K has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Mysore from 2006 to 2009. Raghu has also obtained additional certifications in "Coaching and Developing Employees" and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn, with the former completed in July 2023 and the latter in June 2023.
