Shiny Monisha

Shiny Monisha started their work experience in 2015 as an Industrial Trainee at ITC Hotels. In 2017, they joined Domino's Pizza as an Associate Manager, where they worked until December 2018. In 2019, they joined Burger King India as an Assistant Manager, but left in July of that year. Later in 2019, they joined Nexus Malls and held the roles of Operations Executive and Senior Executive Operations.

Shiny Monisha completed their education from 2014 to 2017. Shiny obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University, with a focus on Operations Research. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the ITM Group of Institutions.

In addition to their formal education, Shiny Monisha has acquired several additional certifications. In March 2019, they obtained a Manager Food Safety Certification from Serve-Safe Food Hygiene Training Services Pty Ltd. Later, in July 2023, they completed a course called "Demonstrating Accountability as a Leader" and another course titled "Your Next 5 Moves" by Patrick Bet-David, both from LinkedIn. It is worth noting that Shiny Monisha also holds a certification from the Taekwondo Federation of India, awarded by World Taekwondo, although the exact date of acquisition is not specified.
