Andrew Joy is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in IT service management. Currently serving as Head of the Technical Department and Service Delivery Manager at Nexus Open Systems since February 2018, Andrew oversees the resolution of incidents within an ITIL framework. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Support Team Manager at KCOM from July 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for various technologies, as well as leading the customer services department focused on Eclipse branded customers. Andrew began their career at KCOM in various support analyst roles, providing 1st and 2nd line technical assistance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Internet Computing from the University of South Wales and foundational education at The King's School, Ottery St Mary.
