John Brett

John Brett has over 30 years of experience in the IT and business systems field. John started their career at Graham Group PLC, where they progressed from a computer operator to a Technical Architect. John then worked at RGP Computers as a Technical Consultant, providing support and consultancy services to various clients. In 1999, John joined Mears Group PLC as the IT and Business Systems Director, where they built a skilled and motivated team to support the company's growth and integration of business units. In 2017, John became the Owner of JODOLA Limited, a self-employed contractor providing IT and business systems consultancy services. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director at Nexus Open Systems, where they are responsible for delivering IT excellence and strategic planning.

John Brett attended Princethorpe College from 1981 to 1985. In 2017, they obtained a Professional Culinary Diploma from Ashburton Cookery School. John also attended Hutton Park from 1979 to 1981. In addition to their education, John earned several certifications including a Diploma in Culinary Arts from CTH - Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality in 2018, a Prince2 Foundation certification from Prince in 2017, and the Core Client Credential and Workstation Credential from Dell in December 2017.
