Meredith Cohen is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, property management, and brokerage services. As the Owner of SHIR Capital since April 2019, Meredith oversees the multifamily investment company's asset management and acquisitions. Additionally, Meredith has been the Owner of Ava's Construction, LLC since January 2015, focusing on multifamily repositioning projects, including affordable housing and hotel-to-multifamily conversions. With ownership of Nexus Real Estate since December 2012, Meredith manages a diverse portfolio across Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas. As Broker of Record for Nexus Brokerage, LLC and Austin Market Real Estate, Meredith provides comprehensive real estate brokerage services, specializing in multifamily and residential transactions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
