Sean Kelley

Sean Kelley is a Senior Partner at Nexus Search Partners and the CEO and Founder of Sage&Sea Ventures. Sean is also an advisor at various companies such as Karat, Disclo, Chronically Capable, and Guild Education. Sean has a strong background in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and program management, with experience at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Starbucks. Sean holds a BS in Economics and General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MS in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, and has completed various executive education programs.
