Finn Varghese

Finn V. serves as the CEO, Entrepreneur, and Strategic Partner at Nexus Staff Inc. since January 2005, focusing on strategies to target qualified candidates and improve recruitment efficiency. Finn has also held multiple leadership roles at the New York Staffing Association since October 2019, including President and Vice President of the Board of Directors. Prior experiences include managing client relationships in a software engagement role at Nielsen, where Finn handled major global accounts, and serving as Network Administrator at Vanguard Direct. Finn holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University and a Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Certificate in Entrepreneurship from LaGuardia Community College.
